Drills

The primary purpose of drill is to teach a precise and orderly way of doing things.  As drill increases skill and coordination, it accustoms a police to group response, to commands and it promotes teamwork and discipline. It is important for a Brigader to know and understand drill; otherwise its value is lost. Remember drill is conducted with precision, hence perfection is the only accepted standard. Drill periods are frequent and of short duration. 

Drills offer both fun and discipline. BGB is organized as a company by school. A Company, Provincial, Regional and National is part of the BGB activity and drills are vital components of camps. It is important therefore, that children enrolled in BGB know the basic drills and that commands issued are uniform .
