OFFICERS

Commissioned Officer

There shall be for each school or institution a Boys Commissioner and a Girls Commissioner who are commissioned officers. They shall represent the school or institution in the regional council and are entitled to one vote. They shall also become members of the National Assembly of Commissioners.
