A SET OF REQUIREMENTS AND POLICIES HELPS GUIDE THE ORGANIZATION IN ITS REGULAR OPERATIONS AND PROCEDURES TO EFFECTIVELY IMPLEMENT ITS PROGRAMS AND ACHIEVE ITS GOALS AND ASPIRATIONS.
A commissioner who has at least undergone a BOTC.
At least one to two registered Officers who have completed the BOTC.
At least 7-10 brigadiers in the company.
Fulfilled all the documents and paid the appropriate fees.
Completed a Company Enrollment Service.
Ascertain 8-week program has been completed in the Company amongst Officers and Brigadiers. Must have successfully finished at least five (5) lessons of the eight (8).
Fill in Enrollment Application Forms for confirmation from National Council.
Upon receiving confirmation, pay membership dues / company member (both Brigadiers and officers).
Schedule date of Enrollment Service.
1st Enrollment Service of the new companies will require the presence of a National Council & Regional Council Officer.
Enrollment Service is done from the last week of July to the first week of October each year.
Enrollment Service is done on an annual basis.
Enrollment may be conducted for individual Companies, combined Companies or on a Regional basis.
Completion of a Company Enrollment registers the company officially with BGBP and is added to the Roster of members.
Fulfillment of all requirements on an annual basis keeps the company in good standing.
At least 20 meetings in a year is expected attended
An excuse letter or medical certificate should be presented if absent from a meeting or activity.
Bible and BGB Notebook are to be brought in every meeting.
Accord due respect to all Officers and visitors.
Seek permission from the captain or assigned Officers or YL to leave a meeting place.
Perform all duties cheerfully and promptly; obey the orders of all Officers or Young Leaders.
Promptly respond to all commands or whistle call.
Friendliness is expected from each one as a member of a squad, a platoon and a company.
Social graces, etiquette and courtesy are expected to be put into daily practice with peers, officers and all those encountered.
Environment awareness is one's social responsibility:
Keep the environment and surrounding areas clean at all times.
All waste materials must be properly segregated and disposed in the appropriate bin or garbage containers provided.
Extend oneself to pick up & dispose trash properly
Keep toilets clean and flushed.
Remember to conserve energy switch of ALL lights. fans or any electrical devices before leving the room(s).
Practice of all safety precautions in and out of the building.
Maintain personal hygiene and good grooming.
Take of all personal belongings and look after its safety.
Take control and assume responsibility of all words, thoughts and deeds that are becoming of a brigadier.
Avoid situations or activities that may make one contentious.
Avoid areas or circumstances that may be harmful and destructive to oneself.
Be sensitive of others ans situations.
Model a true Brigadier's conduct & behavior at all times and at all places.
Maintain good discipline, conduct and cooperation at all times
Do not loiter around or go into unauthorized areas within the premises.
Follow and comply with the merit-demerit system.
