Il Goal 15 fa riferimento alla vita sulla Terra e si propone di garantire la salvaguardia degli ecosistemi di acqua dolce terrestri e quelli dell’entroterra (foreste, paludi, montagne, zone aride), di gestire in modo sostenibile le foreste, contrastando la deforestazione causata dalle attività antropiche e dal cambiamento climatico, ripristinando le foreste degradate e incrementando, quindi, la riforestazione e il rimboschimento. Tale obiettivo, inoltre, punta a contrastare la desertificazione, a fermare ed invertire il degrado del terreno e dei suoli. Infine, mira anche a salvaguardare la biodiversità proteggendo le specie a rischio di estinzione, ponendo fine ai fenomeni di bracconaggio e del traffico illegale delle specie protette di flora e fauna, impedendo la diffusione di specie invasive non autoctone.

Bisogna ricordare che l’uomo fa parte dell’ambiente in cui vive e  da questo ricava tutto ciò di cui necessita, dal cibo che mangia all’ossigeno che respira. Se, dunque, l’ecosistema si degrada anche la vita animale e vegetale ne risentono e di conseguenza anche noi che ne facciamo parte.

SDG 15:Life on Land aims to guarantee the protection of terrestrial and inland freshwater ecosystems (forests, swamps, mountains, arid areas),to manage forests in a sustainable way,counteracting the deforestation caused from human activities and climate change,restoring degraded forests and thus increasing reforestation.This sdg also aims to combat desertification,to stop and reverse the degradation of the land and soils.Finally, it also aims to safeguard biodiversity by protecting species at risk of extinction,putting an end to poaching and illegal trafficking of protected species of flora and fauna, preventing the spread of invasive non-native species.

People and Planet are interconnected,human beings are part of the environment in which they live and  they obtain everything they need from it.Thus,if the terrestrial ecosystem degrades,animals,plants and consequently people are affected.

El Objetivo 15 se refiere a la vida en la Tierra y tiene como objetivo garantizar la protección de los ecosistemas de agua dulce terrestres y continentales (bosques, pantanos, montañas, zonas áridas), para gestionar los bosques de forma sostenible, contrarrestando la deforestación por actividades humanas y el cambio climático, restaurando bosques y, por tanto, aumentando la reforestación. Este objetivo también apunta a combatir la desertificación, detener y revertir la degradación de la tierra y los suelos. Finalmente, tiene como objetivo salvaguardar la biodiversidad mediante la protección de especies en riesgo de extinción, poniendo fin a la caza furtiva y al tráfico ilegal de especies protegidas de flora y fauna, evitando la propagación de especies invasoras no autóctonas.

Hay que recordar que el hombre forma parte del entorno en el que vive y de él obtiene todo lo que necesita, desde los alimentos que ingiere hasta el oxígeno que respira, por tanto, si el ecosistema se degrada, la vida animal y vegetal también se ve afectada y en consecuencia nosotros que formamos parte de él también.

L'Objectif 15 fait référence à la vie sur Terre et vise à garantir la protection des écosystèmes d'eau douce terrestres et intérieurs (forêts, marécages, montagnes, zones arides), à gérer les forêts de manière durable, à lutter contre la déforestation due aux activités humaines et au changement climatique, à restaurer les forêts dégradées en augmentant ainsi le reboisement. Cet objectif vise également à sauvegarder la biodiversité en protégeant les espèces menacées d'extinction, en mettant fin au braconnage et au trafic illégal d'espèces protégées de flore et de faune et en empêchant la propagation d'espèces non indigènes envahissantes.

Il faut se rappeler que l'homme fait partie de l'environnement dans lequel il vit et de là il obtient tout ce dont il a besoin, de la nourriture qu'il mange à l'oxygène qu'il respire. Par conséquent, si l'écosystème se dégrade, la vie animale et végétale est également affectée et par conséquent les hommes aussi qui en font partie.

Das Ziel 15 bezieht sich auf das Leben auf der Erde und zielt darauf ab, den Schutz der Land- und Süßwasserökosysteme (Wälder, Sümpfe, Berge, Trockengebiete) zu gewährleisten, Wälder auf nachhaltige Weise zu bewirtschaften, der durch menschliche Aktivitäten und den Klimawandel verursachten Entwaldung entgegenzuwirken, indem man degradierte Wälder wiederherstellt und damit die Aufforstung und Wiederaufforstung erhöht. Es zielt auch darauf ab, die Wüstenbildung zu bekämpfen, Land- und Bodendegradation zu beenden und umzukehren. Schließlich soll auch die biologische Vielfalt geschützt werden, indem man vom Aussterben bedrohte Arten schützt, der Wilderei und dem illegalen Handel mit geschützten Pflanzen- und Tierarten ein Ende setzt und die Ausbreitung invasiver gebietsfremder Arten verhindert.

Es muss daran erinnert werden, dass der Mensch Teil der Umgebung ist, in der er lebt, und woraus er alles erhält, was er braucht, von der Nahrung, die er isst, bis zum Sauerstoff, den er atmet. Wenn sich das Ökosystem verschlechtert, wird daher auch das Tier- und Pflanzenleben betroffen sein, und folglich werden auch wir, die Teil des Ökosystems sind, betroffen sein.
