The RIASEC
The RIASEC
The RIASEC inventory is a personality assessment that helps people identify their career interests and strengths. At VMMS all 6th graders take the RIASEC to discover their strengths and what careers tie to those strengths. In 8th grade every student completes the MY PLAN, an academic plan that helps students prepare for high school, students use their RIASEC scores to complete their MY PLAN.
