Kim and Benny pushed open the door and saw people stare at them. Kim and Benny walked in as people started in silence. Then, Kim saw the leader, Dax Doug then, Kim saw someone right next to him about the age of 60, looking at Benny and Kim with a frown. When Kim and Benny looked at the man in his 60's, they started sweating about that face he was making. They had to go to Dax because they needed to get things from him. As they got closer to Dax, the old man whispered into Dax’s ear. What is he saying? Kim thought. After the old man stopped talking into Dax’s ear and slid to the side, as for Dax, an angry- confused face was on Dax. Benny and Kim got more nervous while it was still silent. Dax realized that he couldn't talk about it in public, so he would have to talk to them alone, so Dax put on a smile.
“Hello! Welcome to my academia of detectives! I’m Dax doug and this is my father, Charlie Doug. He used to own this place.” Dax said.
“Hello, I’m Kim and this is-” Kim said after getting cut off.
“Benny! Nice to meet you!” Said Benny excitedly. Dax looked down at him. Strangely, he was smaller than he imagined. “Yeah, I’m a small fifteen year old, got to get used to it, haha, am I right?” Benny lied in a nervous way.
“OKay, everyone’s all here! Alec, Cj and Logan. Show Benny and Kim the dorms. Oh, wait Benny and Kim, here are your suits. Don’t put them on today because tomorrow we’ll start training, today we’ll just get to know each other.” Said Dax. Cj, Logan and Alec went upstairs with Kim and Benny following. Benny notsted that the stairs were… quite fancy. :)
“Wow what a fancy place!” Benny said excitedly. When they were still walking up the stairs, Kim got more nervous and asked herself questions: What are people gonna act like? What does my room look like? Will there be a day where I can see my mom again? Kim tried to block these feelings out of her mind. When they reached the top, Kim wouldn't believe what she had seen.
