WELCOME TO THE HOMEWORK HELP PAGE!!

*Please note that I  will post homework ASAP! I will be working after school @ the CARES program, so be patient if you don’t post it as soon as your child gets home from school! I am usually very good about getting the homework posted before i leave.

*SOME HOMEWORK *FYI*:

·         No hmwk will be given on Fridays other than to study vocab or to study for upcoming tests.  

·         When a project is given out, it will usually involves a weekend and extra days before and after the weekend to ensure plenty of time to complete.

·         Children will be responsible to copy hmwk from the board in a timely fashion everyday. We start early in the beginning to make sure everyone gets done on time and no one misses a bus! I will check that it is accurate (except for Fri….my day off from checking!!!)  

·         I like to circle some parts of the hmwk copied as my own way of being sure that the work is copied correctly…please don’t be concerned that I am circling a mistake…it has nothing to do with your child’s work.

·         You must sign the hmwk after all the assignments are completed.

·         Hmwk assignments will be checked/collected the following day.

·         On Monday night, PLEASE check to see if the spelling and vocab. copybook is checked…by me…with a stamp or a star!  They are supposed to come to me and get it checked before the end of the day!  If it’s not checked with a stamp or a star…I didn’t see it or OK it!!  TY

**If your child is sick please do not ask for the homework until the 2nd day of illness.  They should rest and get better.  You may send a sibling to come by and pick up work if they are out 2 or more days.  

·         Please ask your child NOT to put his/her lunch-bag in the backpack to/from school! Many spills have occurred inside the backpacks over the years ruining the books being transported to or from home.
