This portfolio showcases a variety of assessment tools and strategies learned during the training. Each tool is documented with interactive links; with its purpose, design, and implementation, along with reflections on how these methods support student learning and achievement. 

Assessment is the process of evaluating or measuring a person's skills, knowledge, abilities, or performance. It is commonly used in educational settings to gauge students' understanding of subject matter, but it is also prevalent in various professional fields to determine competence and readiness for specific tasks or roles. According to the American Educational Research Association (2024), "assessment involves the use of empirical data on student learning to refine programs and improve student learning outcomes".
