Knowledge team, leadership and individual contributor role nuances and their collaborative performance metrics and asynchronous performance measurement. Knowledge of HR policy and Remote work policy permanent vs. contract role expectations and benefits measurement for each mode of engagement. How to it translates to processes and workflows.
JD:
interpreting and reviewing enterprise client resourcing requirements, landscaping resource spread.
Extensive understanding of each role and nature of performance.
Suggesting best practices to enterprise clients in remote work
Review and assessment of as-is sedentary office ambience conditions vis-a-vis compliance requirements.
Capturing enterprise remote ambience requirements and
Configuring client requirements and parameters in VTT web application, mapping roles for escalation, defining aberrations, anomalies, and patterns and acceptable ranges of each parameter.
