If you decide to change your Virtual Assistant for any reason, don't hesitate to contact us right away. We are committed to helping you find a suitable replacement in the shortest amount of time. As part of our service, we offer two options:
1. You can continue working with your existing Virtual Assistant until a new one is found.
2. You can stop work with your Virtual Assistant immediately and wait for a suitable replacement (the payment for the time worked will be paused until the new Virtual Assistant starts working). Alternatively, you can take advantage of one of our temporary covers to complete the task while we search for a new Virtual Assistant.

We understand that it is essential for our clients to stay informed of the work being done by their Virtual Assistants. This is why we require all our VAs to deliver a daily work report outlining the tasks completed and any issues encountered in the course of their job.
In order to ensure we maintain an atmosphere of trust between us, we promote a focus on performance rather than time tracking unless otherwise specified. We want our clients to be able to assess the quality of work being done and not just base it on how much time has been dedicated to a task.

Your Virtual Assistant is obligated to alert you via email at least a week before the planned leave date. Additionally, in situations where unpaid leave is requested, they must provide you with an alternate work schedule that allows for any missed hours to be made up. This will take place prior to commencing the leave.
If you find yourself in a situation where your Virtual Assistant falls ill and can't continue an urgent task, there's no need to worry. You can simply ask for a temporary replacement to take over the job or arrange for your Virtual Assistant to make up the day of work on an alternate day. This way, you can be sure that your important tasks are completed without any delays.
In the event of any unexpected disruptions in work such as power outages, family emergencies, or internet issues, our Virtual Assistant will notify management and you immediately. If there was a critical task underway for you, we shall swiftly allocate another Virtual Assistant to complete it.

If you're not happy with our services and feel that we haven't met the project deliverables as per the proposal, don't worry - we have a refund policy in place. In cases where the initial project has been rejected, we offer a full refund. In other circumstances, depending on the amount of work already done and the amount of time spent on it, we may offer a partial refund.
When it comes to refunds, there are generally three categories: full refund, partial refund and no refund.
A full refund is typically provided when the project has not been accepted and no work has been done yet. This process usually takes around 180 days to complete.
Partial refunds may be given if some of the projects have already been completed. The amount of the refund will depend on how much work has already been done.
No refunds are offered after the project has been completed and uploaded to the server. In this case, no money will be returned.
Whatever the case, our customer service team will work with you to find an agreeable solution. We are committed to making sure that all of our customers have a satisfactory experience.
What are your accepted payment methods, and how does invoicing work?
We accept payments via several methods including PayPal, Stripe, Etransfer (Canada), and direct bank transfers. Our invoicing process is detailed in your service agreement and tailored to your preferred payment frequency. Typically, payments are due within 5 days after invoicing. We primarily use Wave software for invoicing, but we can also accommodate invoicing through PayPal and other platforms upon request.
