• College Credit Opportunities for High School Students:

  • 1. Early College Credit Program is a program that provides a means for Wisconsin students to take up to two courses offered by University of Wisconsin Colleges and Universities at no cost to the student

               Applications and more details on this program may be found here. 

* Applications are due to the institution where you wish to take the course at least six weeks prior to the start of the course.

       Application Deadlines:

                 Applications for first semester courses are due annually on April 1.

                 Applications for second semester courses are due annually on October 1.               

• • 2. Start College Now is a program that provides a means for Wisconsin high school students to take up to two courses at their local technical college. This allows students to earn both high school and college credit simultaneously.

Applications for Start College Now classes at Western Technical College may be found here. 

       Application Deadlines:

                 Applications for first semester courses are due annually on March 1.

                 Applications for second semester courses are due annually on October 1.
