2025/2026 SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Seniors have the opportunity to apply for local scholarships as well as outside scholarships that are open to anyone who meets the application criteria. Please check this page frequently as new scholarships are continually added when received.

LOCAL SCHOLARSHIPS
Viroqua Area Schools (VAS) Local Scholarships are available to any senior who has attended a VAS high school (Viroqua High School, Laurel High School or Better Futures High School) for three of their four high school years. All local scholarships were awarded at our May 6, 2026 Honors Program scheduled in the Viroqua High School gymnasium.

If you received a scholarship, it really means a lot to the scholarship committees if you could write a thank-you note.

WISCONSIN EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM TIP GRANT APPLICATION
The TIP (Talent Incentive Program) is available to students through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
In order to apply, you must attend a Wisconsin university, technical college, private independent college or university, or a tribal college. The application is very brief and may be downloaded here.
Criteria to receive a TIP grant is listed on page 2 of the application.

Throughout the year I will post on this page all outside scholarship opportunities received.
I highly encourage our seniors to take the time to apply for these scholarships.
Be sure to look at your college's financial aid page and apply for their scholarships, too.
