Robot Stories

With advances in AI, it is more important than ever that we consider how humans and computers will interact. How do you want the robots of the future to behave towards you and others? For this activity, you will think about how to use robotics to solve a real-world problem. You will share your solution by telling the story of your robot design.

• Pick a robot assistant

• In person? Imagine 1 or 2 scenarios where your robot encounters a human. How will they interact? Try coding it with one of the robots we brought today (Finch, Ozobot, and Bee-Bot).

• Virtual? Use the Robot Zine to design your robot assistant and share its story.

• Note: Remember to note how you would incorporate an equitable CS teaching strategy into this lesson.
