I know! I make shaped macarons, and then I use combinations of edible markers, royal icing, and airbrushing to achieve the desired look.

The more detailed can run up to $45/dozen

To order the crawfish boil macarons (L), you would need to order 3 dozen. One dozen for each color.  To order the vasectomy macarons (R) You would only need to order one dozen, because they are all white. There is a limit of 2 shapes per dozen.

Gluten Free / Celiac Safe

Macarons are made with almond flour, egg whites and sugar. My buttercream is made with egg whites, sugar and butter, and a dash of vanilla. Royal icing is meringue powder, sugar and water. All of the above may include food coloring.

While I do not have celiac disease, I keep a gluten free kitchen. My best friend in the whole world has celiac and I proudly keep a dedicated kitchen that she can safely enjoy.  I love you Heather!
