Spring 2024 - Students participated in multiple tours around Columbus, Indiana. They were able to tour the Miller House, First Christian Church, the grounds around North Christian Church, and the Cummins Museum. There was the opportunity for students to take a bus tour of the entire town of Columbus, and the weather was perfect! They ended the trip with dinner at Zaharakos, which was a recommendation from the tour guide. Overall this was a fantastic trip!
Spring 2025 -Visits like this are an essential part of the transfer process, allowing students to experience the campus environment firsthand and gain a clearer understanding of academic expectations, program culture, and available resources. By engaging with faculty and staff, students can ask specific questions about curriculum, transfer credits, and career pathways, helping them make more informed decisions about their academic futures. Additionally, walking the campus and interacting with current students provides valuable insight into daily life at the university, helping prospective transfers envision themselves as part of the community.
Fall 2025 - Volunteerism is a core value of the Architectural Club, and each year our members look for meaningful ways to give back to the community. This fall, several students volunteered their time to help with cleanup at the Vincennes United Way Chili Cookoff. We’re proud of their dedication and community spirit! These students took time out of their Saturday to lend a hand and represent the program. These photos show some of the fun moments from their day!
