SMOKE-FREE & VAPE-FREE PROPERTY - This is a completely smoke-free and vape-free property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property - indoors or outdoors (including porches, patios, and grounds). This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and similar products.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund and additional fees for any cleaning, damage, or other costs resulting from smoking or vaping.
NO PETS - Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Bringing or attempting to conceal a pet will result in a $500 fee per pet, immediate cancellation of your reservation, and no refund.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS/GATHERINGS/UNREGISTERED VISITORS - To help maintain a peaceful and private experience for everyone, only guests listed on the reservation may be on the property unless prior approval has been given. Parties, events, gatherings, and unregistered visitors are not permitted.
MINIMUM GUEST AGE: The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older and must be present for the entire stay.
SECURITY DEVICES - Please do not tamper with or remove an approved and appropriately disclosed outdoor security devices. There is exterior cameras (one at each front door, The Barn, and each parking area) for the protection of our guests and The Colony.

Due to the nature of the property, furnishings, and amenities, the Villas are not suitable for children.
