ZynCash Rewards & Offer Wall Rules

By using ZynCash rewards, offer walls, surveys, advertisements, and cash-out features, you agree to these rules.
1. Cash Points
ZynCash may allow eligible users to earn Cash Points by completing qualifying activities offered through third-party reward partners, including surveys, offers, and other promotional activities.
Cash Points are credited only after ZynCash receives and successfully verifies the applicable completion from the reward provider.
The amount of Cash Points awarded may vary by offer, user, location, availability, and reward provider.
2. Offer Completion
An offer must satisfy the third-party provider's requirements before a reward is considered earned. Simply opening, viewing, installing, or beginning an offer does not guarantee a reward.
Users should follow the instructions displayed by the offer provider.
3. Pending, Missing, or Delayed Rewards
Some rewards may take time to be reported or verified. ZynCash does not guarantee that every attempted offer will result in a reward.
If an offer is not properly tracked or is determined to be ineligible by the offer provider, ZynCash may be unable to credit Cash Points.
4. Reconciliations and Reversals
Third-party reward providers may reverse or reconcile a previously reported completion, including in cases involving cancellations, chargebacks, invalid activity, fraud, or other eligibility issues.
When ZynCash receives a valid reconciliation from a reward provider, the corresponding Cash Points and associated reward value may be removed from the user's unclaimed reward balance.
5. No Duplicate Rewards
Each qualifying transaction may be rewarded only once. Duplicate callbacks, repeated requests, or attempts to obtain multiple rewards from the same transaction will not result in additional credit.
6. ZynCash Points vs. Cash Points
ZynCash Points and Cash Points are separate reward systems.
ZynCash Points earned from rewarded advertising are in-app rewards only. They are not directly convertible to cash, PayPal payments, gift cards, or other direct monetary rewards.
Cash Points earned from eligible cash-reward partners may contribute toward an eligible cash balance according to the rules and conversion value displayed by ZynCash.
7. Cash Out
Where available, eligible cash rewards may be cashed out after satisfying ZynCash's minimum cash-out requirement.
The current minimum cash-out is $10.00 USD. ZynCash currently applies a $0.99 processing fee to a cash-out request. Additional fees imposed by PayPal or another payment provider may apply.
Cash-out availability, payment methods, eligibility, and processing requirements may vary by country or account.
8. Fraud and Abuse
Users must not manipulate offers, create fraudulent completions, use automated methods to generate rewards, submit false information, exploit technical errors, create accounts for abusive reward activity, or otherwise attempt to obtain rewards they did not legitimately earn.
ZynCash may reject, reverse, restrict, or investigate rewards or cash-out requests when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, duplicate transactions, provider reversals, or violations of these rules.
9. Third-Party Offers
Offers, surveys, and other earning opportunities may be provided by independent third parties. Their availability, eligibility requirements, tracking, content, and reward decisions may be governed by their own terms and policies.
ZynCash does not control whether a particular third-party offer will be available to a specific user.
10. Changes to Rewards
Reward rates, available offers, minimum requirements, fees, and program features may change. Material changes should be reflected in these rules or otherwise communicated where appropriate.
