Request Account Deletion
Zyncash users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion in the Zyncash app:
Sign in to your Zyncash account.
Open Profile.
Tap Request Account Deletion.
Follow the instructions to submit your deletion request.
When your account deletion request is processed, your Zyncash account and associated personal data will be deleted, except for information that may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, or regulatory requirements.
Data that may be deleted includes: account profile information such as your name, email address, phone number, and account-related data.
