About Me

I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate currently affiliated with the University of Wurzburg, Germany, working with Prof. Christophe Zimmer (RVZ) and Prof. Radu Timofte (CVL). My research interests lie in multimodal fusion and its applications. At RVZ, I am gaining experience in applying AI techniques to biological research through a ERC project. At CVL, I lead a team focused on multimodal VLM/VLA models. I also co-advise Ph.D.s working on computational photography through a Alexandre von Humboldt project.

Before this, I held a Postdoctoral position at the University of Burgundy (ImViA→CNRS-ICB), France, working with Prof. Cédric Demonceaux. I obtained my Ph.D. in November 2022 from Université Bourgogne Franche-Comté (CNRS-Vibot), France, under the supervision of Dr. Guillaume Allibert, Dr. Christophe Stolz, and Prof. Cédric Demonceaux.

During my Ph.D., I enriched my research experience with a six-month visit to CVL, ETH Zurich, where I collaborated with Dr. Danda Paudel and Prof. Luc Van Gool.

Before the Ph.D., I received engineer and master's degrees from the Sorbonne University - Technical University of Compiègne, France, in 2019. During 2016-2019, I was doing my apprenticeship at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, where I developed algorithms for autonomous driving, especially validation tools for multi-sensor data fusion and target selection.

[01.2025] One paper accepted in ICRA 2025! We show the potential of the Event Camera for the F1tenth competition! One paper accepted in TIP!

[09.2024] My last work during PhD got accepted into CVIU (after 2 years...)! One paper got accepted in ACCV!

[07.2024] One paper got accepted in ECCV! We push the boundary of shadow removal towards ambient light normalization! One paper got accepted in TNNLS! One paper got accepted in IROS (Oral)! Seed Grant Funding (28k) approved by the University!

[05.2024] One paper got accepted in ICML! We combine low-rank methods with a mixture of experts to achieve efficient Super Resolution!

[04.2024] I co-organized the NTIRE workshop - CVPR24! I directly host the Low Light Enhancement, Super Resolution, and Shadow Removal (fidelity and perceptual). I also co-organized the 1st Event-camera-based challenge, on eye tracking, with the 1st Workshop on AI for Streaming - CVPR24!

[02.2024] Two papers got accepted in CVPR 2024! My first-authored paper is about a multisensor Tracker for any modality (Depth/Thermal/Event). I am serving as an AE for RA-L and a PC member for IJCAI.

[10.2023] Serving as Evaluator for ELLIS PhD Program!

[08.2023] One paper got accepted in BMVC 2023!

[07.2023] I start my PostDoc in Germany! Two papers got accepted in ICCV 2023, one as first author and one as co-first author! I am serving as a program committee member for the 4th E-Heritage Workshop for ICCV'23. Another paper got accepted in ACM MM 2023 as the first author!

[03.2023] One paper got accepted in TIP as the first author. One paper got accepted in TCSVT as a co-first author!
