VIC is the creation of ZU Sports and Fitness Unit, breaking down the barriers and creating new initiatives to keep ZU community active with a sense of in house competition.
VIC allows ZU students, staff and faculty to go head to head with each other, building that friendly intramural competitive nature. VIC can also be used to stay active, stay fit and accomplish any of your goals; it's tailored to suit everyone in the ZU community, with workouts to suit anytime and environment.
The Dubai Fitness Challenge returns this year from the 30th October to 28th November 2020 and we are launching VIC in participation with Dubai 30x30. The challenge encourages you to complete 30 minutes of exercise for 30 days, they do say "it takes 30 days to create a new habit".
Along with the VIC workouts, we will be posting nutritional and sports tips as well as short videos to get you up and moving during the day regardless of where you are and no equipment needed.
