In this playlist, I cover the fundamentals of Signals and Systems. My primary goal is not necessarily to help students ace their exams, but to provide an intuitive understanding of the core concepts, enabling them to grasp the subject at a deeper level.
This course introduces Civil Engineering students to the fundamental concepts of electrical engineering required for understanding and working with electrical systems in buildings, infrastructure, and industrial environments. It covers the analysis of basic DC and AC circuits. The course also provides an introduction to electrical machines, including transformers, DC machines, induction motors, and their basic operating principles and practical applications.
This laboratory course provides hands-on experience in microcontroller and microprocessor programming, circuit interfacing, and hardware implementation. Students will develop and test embedded-system programs, connect sensors, switches, displays, LEDs, and other electronic components, and troubleshoot both software and hardware errors. The course emphasizes practical coding, circuit setup, and real-time control applications.
The Numerical Analysis Lab introduces students to computational techniques for solving mathematical and engineering problems. Through MATLAB-based programming, students implement numerical methods for solving equations, interpolation, curve fitting, numerical integration, differentiation, linear systems, and error analysis. The course emphasizes practical computation, algorithm development, and interpretation of numerical results.
