Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using ZRIZZ. By downloading, installing, or using ZRIZZ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZRIZZ, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Description of Services

ZRIZZ provides the following AI-powered features:

• Snap & Rizz: Upload chat screenshots to receive AI-generated reply suggestions tailored to the conversation vibe.

• Keyboard Rizz: Copy text and use the ZRIZZ keyboard extension to generate instant reply options across multiple tones.

• Chat Analyzer: Upload full conversation threads for AI-powered analysis including interest scores, ghosting risk assessment, tone analysis, and compatibility insights.

All AI features are powered by the OpenAI API. Use of these features requires your consent to share data with OpenAI as described in our Privacy Policy. ZRIZZ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

3. Third-Party AI Service — OpenAI

ZRIZZ uses the OpenAI API to power its AI features. By using any AI-powered feature within ZRIZZ, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Your text inputs and/or chat screenshots will be transmitted to OpenAI's servers for processing.

• You will be asked for explicit in-app consent before any data is sent to OpenAI. You must provide this consent to use AI-powered features.

• OpenAI's processing of your data is governed by OpenAI's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, available at https://openai.com/policies.

• ZRIZZ is not responsible for OpenAI's data handling practices beyond the contractual protections in place under OpenAI's API usage policies.

• You may withdraw consent and disable AI features at any time in Settings > Privacy.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must notify us immediately at support@zrizz.app if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use ZRIZZ only for lawful and personal purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.

• Upload screenshots or conversations involving minors in any inappropriate context.

• Use ZRIZZ to harass, stalk, bully, intimidate, or harm any individual.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of ZRIZZ.

• Use automated bots, scripts, or scraping tools to access ZRIZZ.

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit ZRIZZ or its AI outputs without written permission.

• Upload content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions within the app.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ZRIZZ uses the OpenAI API to generate reply suggestions and conversation analyses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated suggestions are for entertainment and personal communication assistance purposes only.

• ZRIZZ does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of any AI-generated content.

• The Chat Analyzer's assessments (ghosting risk, interest scores, compatibility) are AI interpretations and should not be relied upon as psychological or relationship advice.

• You are solely responsible for the messages you choose to send based on ZRIZZ suggestions.

• ZRIZZ is not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, trademarks, logos, and technology within ZRIZZ, including but not limited to the AI models, user interface, and design elements, are the exclusive property of ZRIZZ and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ZRIZZ for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to ZRIZZ. By uploading content, you grant ZRIZZ a limited, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the app's features to you, including transmission to the OpenAI API as described herein.

8. Subscription & Payments

ZRIZZ may offer free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected.

• All payments are processed securely through the applicable app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policies of the relevant app store.

• ZRIZZ reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

9. Third-Party Platforms

ZRIZZ is designed to help you craft replies for use on third-party messaging platforms including Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, iMessage, Tinder, Bumble, and others. ZRIZZ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZRIZZ and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of relationships, emotional distress, or reputational harm arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of ZRIZZ shall not exceed the amount you paid to ZRIZZ in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZRIZZ is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. We do not guarantee that any AI-generated content will be suitable, accurate, or appropriate for your specific situation.

12. Termination

You may stop using ZRIZZ and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ZRIZZ at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the interests of ZRIZZ. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ZRIZZ shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable in your region.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of ZRIZZ after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
