Our program is designed to help individuals master gym equipment commonly found in typical fitness centers and foster a positive, lifelong relationship with exercise.
We offer a range of options for ages 5-65+ including:
Private 1:1 Training
Small and Large Group Training
Family Fitness
Our sessions are available throughout the day and evening Monday through Friday and Sundays, with potential Saturday options coming this Fall.
In addition to our standard training offerings, we provide:
Intro to Running Club
5K, 10K, and 1/2 marathon Running Club
Adaptive Martial Arts
Dance and Movement Class
Socials and Pop Up Wellness Events
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute meet-and-greet session to assess each athlete’s needs and determine the best support options. Based on this assessment, we recommend tailored 1:1 sessions or group classes that best align with their schedule, age, goals, and needs. We also accommodate clients who have their RBT/BT attend sessions as part of their program.
