Delete Account – ZOMO Driver
Users can request permanent deletion of their ZOMO Driver account and associated personal data.
To request account deletion:
Email us at:
support@zomodriver.com
Include:
- Registered phone number
- Driver name
What will be deleted:
- Account information
- Ride history
- Saved profile data
What may be retained temporarily:
- Transaction or legal records required by law
- Security and fraud-prevention logs
Retention period:
Data may be retained for up to 90 days where legally required.
After processing, the account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.
