Payment Methods
Our store accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, CashApp, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Square and Zombie Outpost gift cards. Zombie Outpost gift cards are available for purchase though the website and in person.
Discount Programs
We offer a 10% discount to all scouts, first responders and military.
Discounts, coupons and codes are sent through our social media platforms so make sure you follow us to get the best pricing! Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, coupons or applied to sale items. We also honor discounts from our exclusive list organizations and media outlets. Listeners and members of the following organizations receive their respective discounts if they mention either of the following at check out before your transaction is processed:

Special Orders
Special orders require a minimum 50% deposit of the total special order. You will be notified when the item(s) are ready for pickup. You have 15 days to pick up merchandise from the date the item is available for pickup or deposit will be forfeited. No returns or exchanges on special orders unless the product(s) are defective.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that at times an item may not be for you. We will accept your return in new, unused condition for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase with original packaging and receipt.
Second hand/used items (although limited) are sold AS-IS. These item are clearly marked. They are not eligible for return, exchange or may not be covered under the manufactures warranty.

Warranty & Defective Items
All new merchandise purchased may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange with original receipt if the item is deemed to be defective. No packaging needed. Item does not have to be in new condition. Misuse, Wear and Tear is not considered a defect.

COVID-19
The Zombie Outpost is located inside Caesar Creek Flea Market. We take great measures to disinfect contact points throughout our shop before, during and after operating hours. We, as well as the market DO NOT require customers to wear masks. We invite you to shop and breath in comfort. You may also take advantage of the following:

Restricted Items
Some items may only be purchased if you are a member of law enforcement, department of corrections, or military. Please bring necessary identification in order complete your purchase.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand at times the recipient of a gift you buy them may want to return an item. We want them to be pleased with your gift and if for any reason they may want to exchange an item we will gladly accept it.
We will accept any merchandise purchased from 11/27/2021 to 12/26/2021 as a gift, for exchange only, up to January 16, 2021, in new, original, unused condition . NOTE- You must have original receipt and packaging. *
* You must state it is a holiday gift purchase at checkout and it will be indicated on your receipt. Defective merchandise is excluded from our “holiday exchange only” policy and we will extend our normal defective process to1/23/2022.
If you don’t have your original receipt, we understand. We will give you store credit or gift card for the average lowest sale price for the item you wish to exchange/return.
