I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Analysis and PDE group at the University of the Basque country (UPV/EHU), a trans woman, and an activist. Before, I was a Juan de la Cierva Postdoctoral fellow at BCAM.
My mathematical interests lie in analysis, specializing in harmonic analysis. My research concerns studying weighted bounds for multilinear singular integral operators through sparse forms and their connections to vector-valued extensions with respect to UMD Banach spaces. More recently I have been working on developing an understanding of the theory of quasi-Banach function spaces within the context of singular integrals as an abstraction of the classical weighted theory in Lebesgue spaces.
As an activist, my goal is to make mathematics and academia as a whole a protected environment for minorities. I believe intersectional liberation is necessary to facilitate this change; our liberation has to be for and with all of us.
I am an organizer of the annual conference QuMa: Queer and Trans in Mathematics together with Jennifer Duncan (she/her), Silvia Ghinassi (she/her), and Emily Quesada-Herrera (she/her/ella). The upcoming edition will be fully online, and will take place from June 30th to July 2nd, 2025.
