My contributions

Designed the project of construction and validation of L. lactis group Ⅱ intron module as a gene delivery tool

Co-designed the principle and structure of the two plasmids mutagenesis system by Snapgene

Assembled the Group Ⅱ intron module and tested its function in E. coli

Oral and written presentation of the project with posters, PPTs, research proposal, poster and Wiki writing

Public outreach at international STEM festival and Shanghai Science Museum by explaining projects to local citizens
