It's so good to hear from you, to be honest if you weren't such a good professor I would have had to leave the course months ago! I feel really lost but it's not because of anything that you haven't been clear about. I guess I am a slower learner. I didn't think that this was such a fast paced and difficult course. I am trying my best, it's been years since I have had to study so much. The cengage assignments I usually do them during my lunch break and down time at work and lately its been so busy that I haven't been able to concentrate.I want to stay in the course for as long as I possibly can because I am learning so much but I think that this is not the right career path for me. Thanks for all you do, you are excellent at what you do and we are very lucky to have you. This has definitely given me an idea of what goes on in the billing department and I appreciate that. I will also be better at my job when inputting information as I see now how it affects the coders.

I have never felt more prepared and confident to take on the exam, especially since I'm new to the Medical Billing & Coding arena. Zia was so helpful, she filled in all the gaps of information that I was missing, particularly in the guidelines, terminology, and just general knowledge questions that will come up. This is my favorite course thus far. I really enjoy the ehr simulation- it makes me feel like I'm getting hands on training.  I really like the interactive nature of this course, but having the training and the assessment be exactly the same thing is not challenging.So far so good with this class and module the Prof.Zia is very knowledgeable and gives us the students step by step on weekly task.

Thank you for all the feedback, it is always nice to see the perspective of others and where I can improve in my thought processes. Coding does seem interesting to me, and will gladly take all the advice I can from you in this endeavor.  I just finished a degree in IT-Networking from ABTU and thought about playing them together in the healthcare world. Still have a little journey to go, however, always like an adventure.

I will try to attend live lectures, however my work schedule usually does not permit me the time to do so. I do listen to your lectures and gather all the knowledge i can from them.
