Zhonghua commemorates Total Defence Day annually to mark Singapore’s fall to the Japanese in 1942 and be reminded of the meaning and importance of playing our part to keep Singapore safe and secure.
PSG's involvement in the yearly event was a success, as students eagerly purchased food at "black market" prices. It was heartwarming to see the proceeds from these sales being donated to the School's Students' Needy Fund, which helps support those who may require financial assistance. The efforts in organizing this event not only provided a fun experience for students but also helped contribute to a good cause.
It is inspiring to see how a simple act of kindness can have a significant impact on those in need. We hope that this tradition continues on and that more individuals are inspired to give back in their own unique ways.
