Zufall Health - Morristown

INVITATION TO BID

The Zufall Health Center, Inc. (Owner) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide interior alterations 77 Washington Street, Morristown, NJ.

Sealed bid proposals, plainly marked: Zufall Health Center, Morristown Second Floor Renovatio, on the outside of the mailing envelope as well as the sealed bid envelope shall be delivered to Mr. John Laracca at Zufall Health Center, 18 West Blackwell St., Dover, NJ 07801. Bids will be accepted until 2:00pm, Monday, July 1, 2024.  Bids will be open immediately following the bid submission deadline.

A mandatory walk through and pre-bid meeting will be held on June 17, 2024 at 2:00pm. Bidders will meet at the site: 77 Washington St, Morristown, NJ, main entrance.  Those contractors that attended May 20th walkthrough are not required to attend again.

Project Schedule is based on the General Contractor’s Schedule that describes the work occurring between July 15, 2024 and December 31, 2024.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Owner.

Bidders contacting Zufall Health Center, its staff, consultants or contractors other than via the aforementioned email address, except as noted in the Request, are subject to disqualification.
