These terms are an agreement between you and LetsbuildTek ("we", "us") about your use of ZHabits ("the app"). By using the app you accept them. Questions: apps@letsbuildtek.cc
You must be 13 or older. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
The app creates an anonymous account on your phone. If you lose your phone without backing up with your email, we may not be able to restore your data. Keep your backup email up to date.
Groups are private and joined by invite code. Only share codes with people you know.
Do not use group names, display names or habit names to harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or to share illegal or hateful content.
A group organizer can remove members. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Some features may need a paid subscription. Payment is handled by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Check-ins are yours to make. They cannot be bought or earned through purchases, and repaired days are always marked as repaired.
We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. ZHabits is a habit tracking tool and does not give medical, health or professional advice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time from Settings > Delete my data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
