1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Volume Booster ("Application"), developed and published by Zenith Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Application.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Volume Booster on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except where permitted by law

• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Application

• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the Application

3. Application Functionality and Disclaimer

Volume Booster is designed to amplify device audio output beyond standard system limits.

⚠️ Important:

• Boosting audio volume beyond default system limits may increase the risk of hearing damage with prolonged use or high boost levels. Use the Application responsibly and at your own discretion.

• We are not responsible for any hearing damage, speaker or hardware damage, or other harm resulting from use of the audio boosting feature.

• Actual audio output and boosting capability may vary depending on device hardware, speaker quality, and operating system version.

• The Application is provided for convenience and entertainment purposes and should be used with reasonable judgment regarding safe listening volumes.

4. Purchases

Certain features of the Application may be offered as one-time purchases or subscriptions through Google Play Billing.

• All purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to Google Play's own terms and refund policies

• Prices are listed in the Application and may vary by region

• We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time; existing purchases are not affected

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, graphics, icons, and underlying code, is owned by Zenith Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Application.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services, including Google Play Services and Firebase, to support core functionality, billing, and crash reporting. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Application or other users.

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenith Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to hearing damage, hardware damage, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Application after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
