• Audio settings and volume adjustment data (volume levels, boost settings, feature toggles)

• App usage data (feature interactions, settings toggles)

• Crash reports and diagnostic data

⚠️ Important: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us for support. We do not collect precise GPS-based location data. We do not record, store, or transmit any audio content played or captured on your device.

3. Audio Permissions

Volume Booster requires certain system permissions to function correctly:

• Audio Settings / Modify Audio Settings permission — required to adjust and boost system and media volume levels beyond default limits

• Microphone permission (if applicable to your build — remove this line if not used) — used only for [specific feature, e.g. real-time audio level calibration], and audio is processed on-device and never recorded, stored, or transmitted

These permissions are used strictly to enable the Application's core volume-boosting functionality and are not used to monitor, record, or analyze audio content.

4. Use of Collected Information

The information collected is used solely to:

• Enable volume boosting and audio enhancement features

• Save and restore your preferred audio settings

• Improve app stability and performance

• Diagnose crashes and fix bugs

• Ensure premium purchase entitlement works correctly (if applicable)

We do not use your data for profiling or behavioral tracking.

5. Third-Party Services

Volume Booster uses trusted third-party services that may collect limited data in accordance with their own privacy policies, including:

• Google Play Services (app distribution, licensing, billing)

• Google Play Billing (one-time or subscription purchases)

• Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting, diagnostics)

• Firebase Analytics (app usage analytics)

These services operate independently, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

We may share anonymized or aggregated data only in the following cases:

• To comply with legal obligations

• To detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues

• With trusted service providers (e.g., crash reporting tools) strictly for app functionality

No personally identifiable information is shared with advertisers or marketers.

7. Data Retention

We retain only the minimum data required for app functionality.

You can remove all locally stored data by:

• Uninstalling the Application

• Clearing app data from your device settings

If you contact us for support, any communication data will be retained only as long as necessary to resolve your request.

Volume Booster is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us immediately, and we will take appropriate action.
