Zen Life Wellness was founded in 2023 by Paul Nulty, Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, Promoter and Jikiden Reiki Practitioner. 

I facilitate and operate a spacious and professionally equipped therapy room working from home in Kilbirnie, North Ayrshire, the room is always ready to receive clients and members of our wellness community focus groups either for holistic wellness experiences or skills development.

The idea for Zen Life Wellness and our Community Focus Groups was brought to life following approximately 35 years of study in the "Personal Development and Holistic Health Niche" and seeing the impact that recent global events have had on people in terms of stress as well as the increasing demand for Practitioners, I seen the opportunity to utilize my skills and create an environment for rest, recovery, relaxation and natural healing. 

Having had great personal results with significant improvements to my own health over the last 30 years or so, particularly dealing with both chronic and acute back pain issues, I don't know how good I'd be now if it wasn't for holistic therapies. I highly recommend holistic health practices for self care and recovery.

As a Reiki Practitioner, I use Reiki to treat myself regularly and in un expected circumstances for first aid. I have also used Reiki to treat myself during work related injuries. 

Personally I like to book at least one or more holistic therapy treatment per month usually massage and sometimes Reiki for self care, relaxation and maintenance. 

There are many other instances when I have used Reiki effectively and you can also view some great testimonials from a few of my clients. 

I found holistic health & healing modalities such as Reiki, Acupressure, Acupuncture, Massage and Ear Candling to be a great benefit and support to maintain health and wellness and holistic therapies are great for when you may be recovering from an injury or surgery and on a path to natural health and healing.

I know from personal experience and through treating others, Holistic Therapies can make a huge difference to a persons well being and in many ways it can also help to maintain wellness if you are already fit and healthy with a perfect bill of health. - Paul Nulty
