Zecan is a Home study programme built around the 2012 Information Technology (IT) Literacy programme pioneered by ZANEC and TalentEdge from India under the direction and support of the Ministry of Education. This unique partnership brings to one learning platform teachers, learners and parents in an effort to improve the performance of pupils during their O-level and General Certificate Examinations poised for August and October . This programme is being launched based on the following objectives:
