Conservation and About Us

The Owner of The Zebra Club is passionate and heavily involved in various projects to protect wildlife throughout Eastern and Southern Africa. We are striving to find ways in which wildlife and wild areas can be protected and perhaps even expanded. 

We are proud that wildlife is protected by law in Rwanda whether inside the National Parks or outside. The Zebra Club is one of the many conservation groups attempting to bolster those efforts. 

As the Zebra Club is on the outskirts of Akagera National Park there is no Park fee required while staying here. We aim to encourage more people to spend time in the National Park and indulge in both the Northern and Southern regions which possess varying landscapes, flora, and fauna. The Zebra Club will hopefully bridge the void in the lack of accommodation, allowing people to linger in the area longer than they would previously been able to do.
