Dr. Ze (Mia) Zhu was awarded the University Committee on Research and Creative Activity (UCRCA) - Faculty 2023-2024 Research Grant from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She will use this grant to work on a research project on "A Dynamic Exploration of Employee Recovery Processes: Influences on Employee Well-being and Job Performance." Award amount: $9,800.
