Zachary D. Miller, AIA, NCARB provides a number of architectural and design services, including:

• 'As-built' Drawings of a home, building, or space to document its current layout in an accurate, scaled manner

• Schematic Design to accurately lay out new solutions to your space

• Photorealistic Renderings, for both interiors and exteriors, to display how a new piece of architecture or interior design would look with certain qualities and materials

• City Planning/Arch. Review Board Presentations to display your proposed project to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)

• Construction + Permit Drawings for the local AHJ's Building Department to grant all required building permits, especially for new residential construction or substantial renovation work

• Construction Administration with on-site collaboration as required

• Placemaking/Urban Design for conceptual large-scale development projects, such as mixed use developments or clusters of urban multifamily buildings
