DatView

DatView is a GUI for efficiently visualizing data from tables, exploring correlations between parameters, and extracting data subsets easily. It was written for exploring large serial crystallography datasets (specifically using CrystFEL stream files), but is completely general and, provided an appropriate xml file, can be used for any tabulated data.

Datview was critical in our paper on MHz SFX of Membrane Protein, Gisriel et al. Nature Comm 2019; and Echelmeier, et al. Segmented flow generator for serial crystallography at the European X-ray free-electron laser. Nature Communications 11(4511), 2020 and multiple upcoming publications.
