How Bookings Work

 1) Decide what time of year you want to go.  Zambo applies Seasonal Discounts in the off season - save 5% in May & Jun, 10% from Jul through Nov.

 2) Zero in on the dates by checking my availability on My Booking Calendar.

 3) Decide what tours and transfers you would like, and create a booking request for each of them, separately, from this website.

 4) Tour bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, to allow enough time to make the appropriate arrangements. 

 5) Transfers can be booked with less notice, but please Contact Me before requesting a transfer with less than 8 hours notice.

 6) Once I receive your booking request, I will check availability, make the required arrangements for vehicles, boat rides, etc, and call you to confirm.

 7) All payments are in cash, and will be collected when I pick you up.

 8) Your tour or transfer may be cancelled any time up to 24 hours before the planned pickup time, for a full refund.

 9) Cancellations that are requested less than 24 hours ahead of the pickup time, as well as no shows, will be not be refunded.
