It's 1982. The Downtown Patrol Force are looking for new members. Will you join them on this all new crazy adventure? We need only the best detectives in town to solve cases in downtown Mahogany Bay, Miamifornia. From the wrath of crazy cat ladies to fishy business at a pizzeria, will you be able to make our town a better place?

Gameplay

As the character of your choice, you will be tasked with cases in which you will solve by following and completing each of the displayed objectives. Solving these main cases will help in progressing along with the story and in turn reap rewards for the successful candidates with local co-op reminiscent of the Borderlands series of games. Each character has a special ability alongside a combat ability, if you choose to use force. Your choices make the story, so choose wisely.

Playable Characters

Officer Ray Jenkins

  • Mobility scooter equipped with rocket booster - use it to boost speed!
  • High momentum means easier subduing of criminals through boost
  • Diplomatic in interrogations, allowing for easier negotiation ("Good cop")

Officer Louie "Funk" DeSol

  • "Finger guns" in combat allow for simple non-lethal subduing
  • Skills in driving leads to tighter controls and a faster top speed
  • Disco attitude can help calm suspects in interrogations

Officer Samantha White

  • Owns a technologically-advanced drone, which can scope out areas in advance to prepare
  • Drone can also tranquilize single opponents
  • Access to more powerful technology as part of police storage

Officer Ted "The Sheriff" Bootleg

  • Aggressive in negotations, allowing for easier information gathering ("Bad cop")
  • Intimidation in combat can lead to easier cases as criminals may turn themselves in
  • Intimidation in combat also assists allies in their existing skills
