1. Overview

Zakaty is a Zakat calculator and prayer times app developed by Fouad Al-Khateeb. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and how it is stored.

2. Data We Collect

Location

The app requests your device location solely to calculate accurate prayer times for your area. Location is used on-device and is never transmitted to any server.

Zakat Records

Entries you create (assets, amounts, dates) are stored locally on your device in an encrypted database. This data never leaves your device.

App Settings

Preferences such as language, currency, theme, prayer calculation method, and notification settings are stored locally using your device's storage. None of this data is sent externally.

Biometric Authentication

If you enable biometric security, the app uses your device's built-in authentication system (fingerprint or Face ID). The app never accesses, reads, or stores your biometric data — authentication is handled entirely by the operating system.

3. Third-Party Services

The app fetches the following data over the internet:

• Gold and silver prices — from a public commodity pricing API

• Currency exchange rates — from a public exchange rate API

These requests do not include any personal information. No user identifiers, device IDs, or location data are sent to these services.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transmit your personal data to any third party. All your Zakat records and settings remain exclusively on your device.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

All app data is stored locally. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the app or using the export/import feature to manage your records.

6. Children's Privacy

This app does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

سجلات الزكاة

تُخزَّن المدخلات التي تنشئها (الأصول والمبالغ والتواريخ) محليًا على جهازك في قاعدة بيانات مشفّرة، ولا تغادر هذه البيانات جهازك أبدًا

إعدادات التطبيق

تُخزَّن تفضيلاتك كاللغة والعملة والمظهر وطريقة حساب الصلاة وإعدادات الإشعارات محليًا على جهازك، ولا تُرسل أيٌّ منها إلى الخارج

المصادقة البيومترية

إذا فعّلت خاصية الأمان البيومتري، يستخدم التطبيق نظام المصادقة المدمج في جهازك (بصمة الإصبع أو Face ID). لا يصل التطبيق إلى بياناتك البيومترية ولا يقرأها ولا يخزّنها — تُدار عملية المصادقة بالكامل من قِبَل نظام التشغيل

٣. خدمات الطرف الثالث

يجلب التطبيق البيانات التالية عبر الإنترنت

أسعار الذهب والفضة — من واجهة برمجية عامة لأسعار السلع

أسعار صرف العملات — من واجهة برمجية عامة لأسعار الصرف

لا تتضمن هذه الطلبات أي معلومات شخصية، ولا تُرسل معرّفات المستخدم أو الجهاز أو بيانات الموقع إلى هذه الخدمات

٤. مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نشاركها ولا ننقلها إلى أي طرف ثالث. تبقى جميع سجلات زكاتك وإعداداتك حصريًا على جهازك

٥. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

تُخزَّن جميع بيانات التطبيق محليًا. يمكنك حذف كل البيانات في أي وقت عن طريق إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق، أو استخدام ميزة التصدير/الاستيراد لإدارة سجلاتك

٦. خصوصية الأطفال

لا يجمع هذا التطبيق بيانات من الأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة

٧. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. يُعدّ استمرار استخدام التطبيق بعد أي تغييرات قبولًا للسياسة المحدَّثة
