LESSON LEARNED TODAY

from the book the art of thinking, i understand that plan is a vision that we make to prevent us from being avoided from negative scenarios. but as human, there are too many possibilities to be thought and to be avoided. therefor, we gotta be ready to be opened for any situation -even the negative ones- and make sure ourselves always ready to face any challenges coming ahead. and yes, i believe that we are made to be able to adapt in this world, and as a moslem, i believe that God has always ways to protect us from things we cant handle. so, basically, nothing to be worried for me, personally.
i also absorb an information that we better not expecting someone to see problems in -really in- general. everyone are wired uniquely, and there's always one thing we are better than anyone in this world, but for other things, we are lack from the others. so, everytime we ask someone for an opinion, we gotta be ready that the explanation will be viewed from the field the speakers feel popular of.

still from the same book i read 2 days ago, now there's a more interesting thing i got just now. it said that in financial market, luck is hugely decide more our success rather than skill. this is actually kinda same from the point i learned from the book "Outliers" but somehow there's more convincing statement of dont be too admiring the successful CEO, businessman, and people like them. I understand that skills also play some roles in their success, but somehow, i got more convincement that it doesnt that impactful rather than luck. So, well.., i think this kinda helps me to be more focus on improving myself and to skip the comparing part.

the book Smarter, Faster, Better has just been done-read by me this morning. i really love how mr. charles duhigg always humbly introduce people who helped him creating that book. and the content, oh please, it's universally applicable. i love how he outlined the tips of doing crucial things in life scientifically. the research must've been done deeply and widely. i really respect values he delivered implicitly through his words in this book. so, in short, it's beautiful: him, the book, the lessons learned.
