New Home in Turkey Gets #1 Position with 100% Organic Growth
We achieved the number 1 ranking position with a major product category keyword of the popular Color Cosmetics and Shoe Care products in Bangladesh, Anayase. The website includes the overall percentage of improvement of 0 to 100%. It was not an easy chase because they had a lot of local competitors. But our professional excellence did it like a piece of cake.
Anayase is a sister concern of Selim Azam International Limited. Since 2010, they have owned a cosmetics business, imported cosmetics and health-related products from Turkey, and sold them offline as well as on Facebook.
They started their online store in 2022 named Anayase. They want to build their identity via search engines and increase their sales organically. There were six brands Golden Rose, Mycey, Olive Oils Land, Wee, Roxanne, and Gold Care.
They need an SEO expert and I joined their team to do organic visibility for them.
In the beginning, they needed to learn about their mission. So, our project manager demonstrated how SEO, as in digital marketing, can get free sales from all over the Country to enrich their company value multiple times. I convinced them, and they got their return by trusting me.
We observed that Anayase did not have the main keywords ranked; probably, it was a mistake because there was no SEO person. Besides, there was not enough adequately written content. All the issues were not frightening, but they also had technical SEO faults.
Together, it became years of work to be done in months. Although I faced endless problems from the first attempt, I had passionate SEO executives to audit and figure out the fixes. I needed to list the exact goals and challenges to solve quickly.
Once again, We found a challenge even more difficult than before. First, We had to solve the keyword shortage problem while our web department fixed the website's speed. Then, I had to make the website mobile-friendly with the right content according to Google’s content health update.
If you notice, I combined four departments for the task. SEO researchers, web developers, content writers, and quality instructors needed to work side by side, which was the ultimate challenge of a company. I proudly have a top-notch communication system for teamwork.
I was working with the developer to fix technical issues and graphics design to redesign quality images.
We use dozens of SEO auditing tools to check the SEO score. The SEO specialists check the website's technical structure and current health condition. The goal of auditing is to find the problematic areas regarding keywords, internal linking, sitemaps, backlinks, URLs, duplicate content, site architecture, structured data, thin content, hreflang, canonical tags, 404 pages, 301 redirects, web page speed, etc.
However, we discovered the issues regarding indexing and crawlability with this approach. As a result, we found out why the traffic is zero. It provided us with enough data to make plans and recover the website's health as soon as possible.
Technical Issue Fixing
To solve the technical SEO issues, the teams fixed the indexation, content duplicity, broken links, breadcrumb, category hierarchy, etc. The goal was simple: we needed the website to meet all Google criteria keeping the reading friendliness. There were tasks regarding the Javascript, completed by the web team.
This way, we fixed the technical parts required for perfect SEO optimization. The next steps were more about content than the website structure. But we had to make sure the other stuff had no elements that became contradictory to the technical SEO aspects.
Keyword research was the most valuable part of the project, as service-related keywords were lacking. Conducting deep keyword research, we discovered the trends and topics and frequently asked questions about their industry. We dug out related keywords that have sustainable search value.
But, we only selected keywords that can fill the topic buckets. For that, we brainstormed seed keywords, crosschecked competitors' keywords for their services, counted the keyword's search volume and difficulties, and estimated the potential. Overall, the research process provided us the search intent niches.
We started high-quality content writing using the keywords. The content writer team naturally implemented the seed and long tail keywords throughout the article. The team produced content so that each article section has independent features to be featured in snippets.
We had no gaps in content, as we wrote content for readers and crawlers. The main challenge was putting legal terms and information accurately to retain the company's credibility. All our content had nice visuals, outlines, headings, and unique information. We published it after checking for grammatical errors.
The keyword research and content writing were intended to place the keywords in the perfect place on the page. Besides, we had to make keyword-rich title tags and meta descriptions for the best optimization.
Next to that, we included URL slug, internal and external links, and optimized images with metadata. Adding schema markup improved our page quality even more on the SERP. We resized images and audited them again to check the web page speed and visualization on the SERP.
For brand mention and website authority, there is nothing like off-page SEO. We have a dedicated workforce to create quality backlinks via technical work and guest posting services. The backlinks create a heavyweight in website authority, which plays a crucial role in Google.
We also have a social media management team to connect the business website with social media handles. It increases brand awareness as an authentic figure on social media. In current SEO trends, contextual off-page SEO plays a bigger role.
We submit reports at a specific time. Plus, we work continuously, so it requires us to report regularly. We take monthly data using multiple analytical tools. In the report, we track performance, differentiate from the recent condition, and put everything side by side in a spreadsheet. The reports contain the following:
