ClubHub is a Windows-based desktop application developed to provide a centralized solution for managing university club activities across multiple institutions. The system is designed to support universities such as AIUB, BRAC, NSU, and IUB by offering a unified platform where clubs can operate using the same structured workflow. The main goal of the project is to reduce manual work and improve efficiency in handling club members, events, and applicants.
The application follows a role-based access system with four distinct user roles: Admin, President, Member, and User/Applicant. Each role has clearly defined responsibilities and permissions, ensuring system security and controlled access to data. Admins manage universities and club presidents, presidents oversee club operations and event management, members participate in events and volunteer activities, and applicants can apply to join clubs and explore available events.
ClubHub uses multiple interactive forms, database validation, and secure login mechanisms to ensure accurate data handling and smooth navigation. Since the same design and workflow are applied across all universities, the system remains consistent, scalable, and easy to maintain. Overall, ClubHub offers a practical, user-friendly, and organized approach to modern university club management.
