Windows Grande

Windows Grande is a Transformation Pack for Windows 8.1, which transforms Windows 8.1 from a tablet OS to a more Windows 7-styled Desktop. It also removes all the bloatware in Windows 8.1 and only adds the classic Windows apps. Windows Grande brings back the Start Menu, with the option to open the Start Screen in the Start Menu, as well as many more beloved Windows 7 features removed from Windows 8.

As of July 15, 2025, Windows Grande has been discontinued. It will no longer recieve updates, due to Microsoft no longer supporting Windows 8.1. Aswell as Microsoft not supporting Windows 8.1, apps are starting to drop support, as there are vulnerability risks with running an older operating system. If you'd like a debloated version of Windows 10/11, check out Atlas OS. Please do not run Windows Grande on your main hardware. Please use an older device or a virtual machine.
