Medallion Leonardtown Logo

This is the design of the medallion which would be sent later into the Plasma Machine. It was designed in autocad and put into fusion 360 as a DXF file.

Once sent to the machine, the medallion gets cut out from the medal. The full video of the cut is right here.

This is the logo after cut before chiseling the dross from the machine and angle grinding.

This is the full completed logo after being chiseled and angle grinded.

Commanders Logo Cutout 11.5x11.5

This is the product after being cut out of the machine. The picture on the right is before being angle grinded and all the dross being chiseled off. The picture on the right shows the final product shiny and not having pointy sides.
