Let's look at Nature's genetics code war in Europe. One major biochemistry battle occured in Northern Europe (Norway) AND the other molecular battles took place in Southern Europe (ITALY). It is year 2013 .....let's look back at the recent European DNA WAR and the empirical information it provides for scientist and researchers.

At least 85 people died when a gunman opened fire at an island youth camp in Norway, hours after a bombing in the capital Oslo killed seven, police say.

Police have charged a 32-year-old Norwegian man over both attacks.

The man dressed as a police officer was arrested on tiny Utoeya island after an hour-long shooting spree.

Thus we see the indirect messages of the deeper biochemistry levels of REALITY that are embedded in NATURE's Norwegian Island EXTERNAL information display..

Discovery

Serious efforts to understand how proteins are encoded began after the structure of DNA was discovered by James Watson and Francis Crick, who used the experimental evidence of Maurice Wilkins and Rosalind Franklin (among others). George Gamow postulated that a three-letter code must be employed to encode the 20 standard amino acids used by living cells to build proteins. With four different nucleotides, a code of 2 nucleotides would allow for only a maximum of 42 or 16 amino acids. A code of 3 nucleotides could code for a maximum of 43 or 64 amino acids.[2]

Thus we see the incomplete explanation given about the tragic EVENT ....and the need for the casualty insurance industry to upgrade their perception of accident CAUSE and EFFECT. The insurance companies need to cover the NASTY DNA war with new features in their casualty insurance policies.

Lawyers need to enlarge their perceptions of the legal system to include other aspects of EXISTENCE that are factors in crime and accident events.
