Follow signs, Trains

Go to Level 3, cross bridge, follow signs, Train to City

Take the blue train to Terminal 1.

Exit train at Terminal 1 station, stay on the train platform level

Looks for signs Train to City for the UP Express platform

Walk to the end, through the corridor to the second platform at the back

Service desk located inside the platform.
