Meeting persons detained by CBSA
Collect lost Passports (all countries), go to CBSA Office at T1 Arrivals. Passports lost at T3, maybe consolidated at the T3 Intl Arrivals Info Desk or T3 CBSA office near Intl Arrivals before transfer to the T1 CBSA office.
Carnet (Commercial samples/equipment list) - exit stamp, for declaring commercial items exiting Canada, bring the commercial items with you to the CBSA office at Arrivals Level 1 (T1-CBSA or T3-CBSA) before checking your baggages/equipment with airline. Lost Nexus Cards found at the airport are transferred into the Nexus office at T1 Departures

The I-192 US Visa Waiver Office located in Terminal 1 has been closed since 2018 Jul 16. Passengers who wish to file their application for an I-192 Waiver or who wish to speak to a “live” US CBP officer are advised to travel to the nearest land border crossings (Peace Bridge Buffalo-Fort Erie, Niagara Falls, Queenston-Lewiston).
